Pros
Perception Programs provides the most time off between holidays, personal days, sick days and vacation days I've ever seen. They go out of their way to accommodate staff with time off. The clinical and administrative staff go out of their way to help people. The atmosphere is, in general, laid back.
Kontras
Perception Programs does not provide raises, cost of living increases or merit salary increases. There are no opportunities to advance within the company. Facilities are poorly maintained. Staff is not treated equally.
