Very good experience - Senior Site Engineer bei Perception: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Initially OK... but my experience went massively downhill since returning from furlough. Fun building to work in, nice occupiers, community feel, lots of cool events to get involved in planning / organising, OK salary (could be better for level of responsibility and work involved.)

Poor management, poor communication to staff - especially regarding changes that directly affect them, little to no organisation, confusing communications (mixed messaging coming from client, manager), little to no attempts to resolve issues, low holiday allowance, unpaid leave requests for legitimate reasons feel like pulling teeth... it's one way for one employee, and another way for another employee. Staff are not treated fairly.

Uniform, never have to think about what to wear! Working autonomously. Supportive managers and team.

Not much progression in pay in the 3 or so years I've been here. Interserve is the parent company so not like they can't afford it!
