Pros

Percepta is a great company with lots of good people.

Kontras

Supervisors show favoritism and upper management and HR do not respond timely when there is a problem l, that could possibly be resolved. Some supervisors have a since of superiority and it shows and they are not professional, yet they pick on the agents and create an environment that makes it impossible for you to do your best. Supervisors need more empathy for agent training.

Pros

I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

Kontras

No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.

Pros

Ability to WFH Some of the supervisors seem to care

Kontras

Some supervisors seem to show preferences. When issues are addressed it's a lot of threats and intimidating behavior. The company has started taking 401K match away. The leadership is cliquishness and has a "big brother" mentality. Not easy to get days off scheduled
