PennComp is a great place to work, and I'm so happy to be here! While no place is "perfect", the culture at PennComp is fantastic; with great teamwork, a fun and fast paced environment working with people who truly care about each other and our clients, constant opportunities for personal and professional development, and a leadership team that truly cares about you as a person. PennComp was also a Best and Brightest National winner in 2020 (with multiple winnings prior). This award is based on employee surveys and 3rd party evaluations of the business, so clearly I'm not the only employee that feels this way. PennComp is growing fast, and I appreciate that leadership prefers to promote from within rather than looking to outside resources first. The focus is always to grow and develop the team internally first, which provides great opportunities! I'm so glad I chose to come work at PennComp, and I anticipate many more great years to come!

I'm honestly trying find some "Cons" to put here, but I really don't have any that stand out to me. There are always ways to improve and better an organization, but the positives of PennComp way outshine any nitpick Cons I may have.

Fellow engineers are really great and friendly

Leadership wants you to think they care about you but they don’t. They only care about client happiness. Micromanaging is a big problem here and “family oriented” and “work/life balance” is a joke.
