      Pros

      Work a few blocks from my house, excellent support services for staff, I feel as if I have decent job security for the foreseeable future.

      Kontras

      Relatively expensive town to live in ($3000 in school tax alone for current tax year), the political correctness of a modern university is maddening, as a fixed term faculty member, the salary is low for a 12 month appointment.

      Pros

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Kontras

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.
