Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We regret to know that you have been left with a negative impression of Peninsula, though appreciate this opportunity to address your concerns.
At Peninsula we understand that our success stems from you, so team wellbeing stands at the heart of what we do. One of the ways we drive this is by providing all members of our sales team a standing desk. Whilst we encourage it’s use; we strongly refute the claim that we make individuals stand until they get an appointment on the board. That is not how we operate and this practice would not align with our values.
We would also like to be clear that we do not require or pressure employees to post positive reviews. Doing so would be against Glassdoor’s policies and, more importantly, against our own values. Like many organisations, we encourage employees to share reviews and provide feedback on platforms such as Glassdoor, as we believe transparency and open dialogue are important. Any encouragement given is always to share honest experiences and participation is entirely voluntary.
We respect that reviews will reflect a range of perspectives, and we value all feedback as an opportunity to listen, learn, and continue improving as an employer.
