Treatment by Supervisors: There is a noticeable disparity in respect and treatment by supervisors, often leading to a demeaning and unprofessional work environment for the guards. Uniform Quality and Cost: The provided uniforms are of poor quality, often tearing easily, and acquiring additional uniforms incurs a deduction from the paycheck. Compensation Structure: There appears to be a disproportionate distribution of client payments, with a significant portion not allocated to the guards. Policy vs. Law: The company prioritizes policy adherence over legal considerations, sometimes putting employees in difficult ethical positions. Employee Accountability System: There's a system where client complaints, even unverified, can lead to immediate disciplinary action against guards. Minor Infractions and Penalties: Trivial issues, such as using the wrong color ink, can result in write-ups. Lack of Personal Consideration: The company enforces strict attendance policies, often disregarding personal circumstances unless a doctor's note is provided. Communication and Transparency: There have been instances of misleading information being communicated to staff, eroding trust. Limited Career Growth: Opportunities for professional advancement and career growth within the company are extremely limited, hindering long-term career development. easy job, basically anyone can work

pay is low for armed guards and no ability to get overtime at all and you get paid every two weeks on the following monday, and its a paper check, And they can be very rude
