“Upper management” displays favoritism throughout the workplace. If you are not one of the owner’s favorite, good luck ever getting a raise or respect. The “managers” of the company are not held to the same accountability and standards as others. A lot of solid, dedicated workers are often taken advantage of. Employees are underpaid, especially in the warehouse. New “COO” was brought into the company which completely shifted the culture in an extremely negative way. Talk to 90 percent of employees there and they will tell you they are unhappy.
