Job opportunities for growth are limited as most responsibilities consist of grunt work in the company's ERP system rather than actual continuous improvement efforts. Those improvements that can be made are generally very surface-level as big forward-thinking investments are ignored or ditched due to monetary costs regardless of future benefit. Pay is mediocre, which counteracts the company's good benefits packages.
