Pros
Well paid, plus good monthly bonus available and not impossible to achieve like some places. Great employer pension contribution (10%). Good amount of base holidays, which goes up on years of service. Also, two weeks off over Christmas which is great! Boss is generous and adaptable, and has never shied away from adding more great benefits and has always encourages great work/life balance! First place I've worked that awards employees based on merit, boss doesn't hold off on awarding hard work and there are great progression opportunities. Boss also includes employees in many business decisions and makes you feel considered and emphasises the team-first atmosphere! 4 day work week, gives me great work life balance (will never work 5 days again!). 32 hrs per week (being reduced to 30) plus flexi-time and includes 1 day working from home. Office is well equipped and can request anything if needed for office or home working. Great stocked kitchen in office too, and nice amenities for breaks (TVs, Nintendo switch, pool table, table tennis). Air-conned for summer too. Workwise, the clients/work are very varied and I've never had a bored day here working on projects, feels different almost every day, which I love. Thursday afternoons until days end we are able to stop client work and have self development time, which is encouraged by the company and we are not pressured to continue work over this time. We currently have chosen 5 courses which are paid for by the company. Great team to work with and blessed to have a boss like Sean! Everyone helps each other out when needed and everyone is knowledgeable. Enjoy meals in the office and nights out paid for by the company. Also have days out on working days (e.g. Alton Towers). We also organise nights out for ourselves outside of work too :)
Kontras
none with our benefits and new working hours!
