      Pros

      Good work-life balance, mostly. It is a place where you will learn a lot of things as young people are given a lot of opportunities to do things on their own.

      Kontras

      Senior management lacks vision, and it is a very top heavy structure. The HR department in India is biased, high-handed and unfair.

      From home and relaxed working environment

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
