I’ve never experienced a job go downhill as dramatically as this one in the last year. This is a 180 from the company I started at several years ago. What was an amazing, fun, thriving environment is now cold, calculated, at times sexist, and toxic. Seeing the company layoff many employees when there are openings in other departments they are hiring for and could have moved them to puts a really sour taste in my mouth as well as my teammates. You do not care about your employees or their well-being. If that wasn’t reflected in the benefits you’ve slowly taken away little by little, it definitely is here. They no longer appear to be on ‘the best places to work in Colorado’ list (one they bragged about every year) and honestly I can see why.

Pros

Amazing coworkers and team. So many perks to be working for Peaksware as a Customer Support representative for the brands TrainingPeask and TrainHeroic. Atmosphere is amazing and I always feel valued

No downsides at all. Perfect location, great hybrid model, most employees are athletes so always someone to workout with
