Worked at PayPlus for less the three month, and within that short period I personally saw at least 5 employees let go — almost weekly turnover in a relatively small company. The overall atmosphere felt tense and unnecessarily aggressive.
. It was less “build and grow a team” and more “hire fast, replace fast.” Very limited onboarding, unclear expectations, and little meaningful feedback until termination.
Candidates should understand that probation there is highly subjective, and job security — during and after probation — is not something this company prioritizes.
