- Great people, young, vibrant, cool, funny. International and fun atmosphere, people from all over the world. People really like to spend time together and to socialize - Cool parties and recreation days - Management is young and positive, has no distance with employees, you don't really feel the hirerachy, open door policy

Kontras

- Management is very demanding, to work over time and during weekends, but very seldom ,and on a very personal basis, do they compensate. No work-life balance. - Salaries are lower than the regular in Israeli high-tech, you can forget about salary raise. - No employee development plan. Courses are given mainly to management - People who are promoted are only the ones who give up their personal life for work, and are available 24/7 - Despite being a very profitable company, they still try to save money on their expenses on employees (computers, food, kitchen, social benefits, options). - No parking

Competitive salary, kind and supportive colleagues, and a pleasant office culture.

Kontras

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
