The Glassdoor service claims to provide an open, transparent environment to discuss employee experiences. Their stance on "anonymity" unfortunately exposes the platform to serious ethical issues and documented fraudulent reviews.

To specifically address the claim around work flexibility - we, like many other businesses, adopted remote work during the COVID pandemic. We quickly transitioned and ensured that team members had the right setup and environment to continue their work. As restrictions lifted, we encouraged those team members who could, to return to an office environment. Team work, collaboration and cross-functional learning all accelerate during in-person work.
