Completely outdated waterfall framework, no career development - Senior Product Manager bei PayPay: Mitarbeiterbewertung

During the interviews, they don't really call it "waterfall" but they do work that way. Departments are completely siloed, resulting in many people working on the same project without even knowing it. Managers have inflated egos because they've "been here since day 1". I see no career progression at all, who's going to hire me after this role? They either want glorified technical PROJECT managers, usually ex-engineers, or business/marketing oriented product managers to look at the roadmap.
