There’s a great culture at the company, everyone is treated like family. Tries to maintain start-up culture. Caring bosses and no micro management

Kontras

No benefits, like pension fund or medical aid. Small increases, only one per year and always just above inflation. Not enough to make it feel like an increase. Getting promoted is not easy.
