Incredible experience. I thought I'd be here for life but other opportunities arose. Management does care about your progress and they care about their employees. In my 10 year career they are by far the best employer I've worked for

1) Moving goal posts. Businesses change and I got put into a position I didn't sign up for.
2) There are only so many roles, if you can't get them, a natural consequence is turnover to competitors/other opportunities.
