Work is never stale since each of us work with new clients as we complete numerous projects. As long as client projects have been completed, there are unlimited PTO days, which is very rare in contract companies. Wonderful product. Many expectations and work to finish (which is also a good thing). Since most of the employees are on-site with clients, it's hard to interact with your coworkers in person. We use Slack, ScreenHero, Google Hangout, and etc. to communicate, but there isn't an actual office space yet.
