The work environment is the best. The managers mostly don't do micro management. Time offs are ok as long as they don't hamper any critical release.
Kontras
Low pay and one tends to get lost in the crowd. Job rotation is not considered mandatory unless the employee asks for a change, one could get stuck in a project for years. The company goals are not well communicated to the employees on a regular basis.
