Lots of politics going there. You never ever understand that you are working on an IT company or you have joined a political party. The owner of that company is living in USA, they always say to you that he hates politics but they love politics actually. They imposed "Divide and Rule" policies on their employees. They treat you like a slave. At the time of joining they provide only the offer letter after then, they not going to provide any single documents. Basically, they are trying to trape you by doing this. You will feel like you are in Jail. There is no working culture. No common sense of how to improve work culture. They don't care about their employees. PatientMD and Innovationstats is the same company. All the above comments are posted by there HR. This is totally a fraud company. Be aware of it.
