Pros
I have a super kind and hard working manager and director working over me. I feel so fortunate to have landed here! There's plenty to learn and the industry is booming. All of my co-workers are happy to be here and the culture we are developing is a really tight knit one. We always have each other's backs. No question is dumb - and I find that so refreshing. No big egos here. Really good work life balance. Additionally, the technology we get to work with is top notch, and the software we sell is useful, dependable, valuable, and it keeps getting better.

Healthcare could be better. I would love to have 0 healthcare expenses as is typical with many SaaS companies, albeit I do understand we are a startup and we need to be resourceful. It would be GOALS to offer 100% paid healthcare. I miss Kaiser.
