Pros
The organization works with "at-risk" teenagers that are enrolled in it's sister programs options for youth and opportunities for learning. Some of the curriculum and outings offered are very beneficial and inspirational for the kids. The accomodations are generally good when working overnight/weekends.
Kontras
Management is horrible about communicating expectations to much of the staff. Part time staff are often treated as expendable and unceremoniously laid off for any reason. Programs and management have been undergoing a "restructuring" on and off again for over 2 years - stability and job security are not very high. Promised positions and promotions can "disappear" for any reason. No real room for growth. Camp facilitator is inexperienced and immature. Relies heavily on at-will employment practices.
