      Flexible schedule; the work load is not bad for the Molecular Dept but heavy in the Clinical Dept.

      Some have a lot of work, while others have time to spend on the internet/smart phones. The company is top heavy and the upper management makes a lot of money comparing to the worker bees. The upper management does not seem to care about the worker bees. No raise for the last 3 years.

      Good Compensation Company has great aspirations

      Leadership is in over there head. They have no specific plan besides go sell. Tremendous amount of in-house processing errors that is ruining the reputation of the company.
