Unprofessional Management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Pathnostics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is very unprofessional. They show favoritism to men by offering more responsibilities and opportunities to move up. Management is extremely rude to those who aren’t the favorites, send unwarranted hostile emails, will nitpick some people but not others. I saw people getting promoted based off of politics and personality instead of work and merit. People with no prior experience and no real skill getting promoted over hard workers with high productivity. Many people have left due to this. Under performers are patted on the back while high performers are constantly overlooked.
