1. HR is the entry/exit point for employee in any organisation. Those HR people are total stupids here. 2. Based on the projects the company gets, they either hire or fire employee. Always job security of any employee is hanging in air. 3. Compensation is below market standard as they are fully service based. Just to attract people they advertise they pay par with tier1 companies which is fake and nonrealistic. 4. Not a right place for experienced people. Freshers can join if they don't get any other job.
