Pros
Good company for Civil, but not for Mechanical or Electrical. The civil site work job profile is good and Mechanical and Electrical are depended on Civil work. For Mech and Electrail main job is service & maintenance of various equipment of heavy construction equipment.
Kontras
Salary and other perks not paid timely sometimes it takes up to 6-9 months late in various project. No Saturday is off only alternate Sundays are off day. Very less Engineer are working as the site Engineer so work pressure is very high as compared to the salary and working hours is 12hrs compelsory and sometime its 14-15 hrs a day. After resign Its difficult to know when you get your final settlement, there is no time limit even it take more then 3 years.
