2yWe were sad to read this post. Whilst we don’t believe this is the right place to have this conversation or get into the details, there are many elements of this review which simply are not true, so we really want to publicly support our existing team members and customers by providing a response.
We want everyone's experience working with Patchwork to be positive and for each person to enjoy coming to work, and to find purpose in helping deliver our mission, so to hear this was someone's perception of working with Patchwork is deeply upsetting and disappointing.
We believe we have an honest and open culture - we like to think all our teams are provided with a psychologically safe community and we enjoy being transparent and providing multiple ways for our team to feedback (for example regular anon engagement surveys, monthly 'ask us anything' Town Halls with our Senior Leadership Team, and having our key company metrics visible to everyone). We're proud to boast an inclusive and family-friendly culture - we are truly remote-first meaning we genuinely support our team's personal needs and preferences. If anyone feels this is not reflective of their experience at Patchwork, we want to hear about it so we can ensure all our teams have the same positive and inclusive experience.
We are also proud of our unwavering commitment to supporting our NHS. The amazing feedback we receive from our NHS partners is a testament to this, and we are super stoked when our products and work with the NHS are recognised in national awards. So with that in mind, we would recommend to anyone thinking of joining our team or working with us to focus on genuine customer testimonials and accolades from our NHS partners and industry to understand the value we and our products bring.
We'd love for this individual to get in touch with our People Team directly to safely discuss their experience working with us - as any employer would, we would much prefer employees, past and present, to reach out to us directly to give us a chance to take their valuable feedback on board and implement meaningful change.
