The leadership team are a fragmented bunch of individuals with no interest in working together collaboratively. Theres too much focus on short term goals and hitting EBITDA that’s meant the company is devoid of strategy or plans for growth. Everything is a short term fix to solve an immediate problem without determing how we grow the company. Too many people don’t understand what it is to work for a tech company and have no interest in learning. There’s glaring areas of the business that are underperforming and that senior management won’t do anything about There’s also no desire to drive a culture amongst employees with no planning to bring any staff together in person or find better ways of working together and learning from each other.
