Pros
You get a paycheck, I guess?
Kontras
I left this place some time ago, and honestly, sometimes I'm still haunted by the trauma of working here. When I entered my new workplace, I discovered this company had quite the reputation elsewhere. When I shared some stories with others, it became like therapy, and people were horrified by my experiences. Heck, when I left, the woman who conducted my exit interview was stunned silent, and then just said, "wow." I can't go into too many details, but I will just say those who run this company are extremely selfish, self-centered, and only care about the bottom line. I was either part of or overheard conversations where they essentially admitted to not caring to give their employees the very types of things we spent all our time communicating about. I would also strongly encourage you to pursue employment elsewhere if you're a woman, minority, not Christian, or in the LGBTQ+ community. Many reviews are about the people here, and there are certainly good ones to be found. But if you find yourself on teams with some of the bad ones, there isn't going to be anyone to support you. It's also a pretty big red flag that there's no HR department. And early on, I discovered they're doing things downright unethical with the way they calculate your pay for certain things (like first and last paycheck) in such a way designed to pay you less. They bank on no one paying attention or having much ability to do anything about it. Again, see above about greed. Any appearance of them being this great "family-oriented" caring company is smoke and mirrors. In the time I worked here, people were fleeing by the dozens but given the size of this industry, I think most were too afraid to leave a review. (Heck, in the company retreat, they slammed a former employee in a way that they were identifiable as well as a former employer by name.) During my time, the owners actually gave a speech in one of our community calls about how it was "nothing we're doing wrong." They refused to accept any responsibility, ever. Also they hire a ton of people fresh out of college, and often go to places to recruit them, because again, they just want cheap labor. They won't do anything to train them or help them start off their career and then will cycle through a new batch the next year.
