PFM has clear performance standards that need to be met across all disciplines, regardless of department or role. They amply reward a strong work ethic and professionalism and take care of their employees. I highly recommend the company.

Time is valuable at PFM, and as such, there is not a lot of socialization. While I did not see this as a con, someone who is looking for happy hours, etc, may be disappointed.

The company is full of smart, driven and focused people. Management takes care of you and provides perks and incentives for its employees.

Not a lot of socialization and the company expects a lot of you, only very hardworking and focused people should consider.
