Slightly below market rate, with PE funding reasonable goals for growth. If their CTO figures out how modern software players are rapidly developing them out of existence they have a long shot of a chance not to go out of business.

Senior management and supporting middle management is filled with sycophants and solipsistic ego driven jerks. Fake empathy is thinly masked by a draconian adherence to big shop adherence to "structure" when in reality the real skill and talent is at the operational level. If you're interviewing and told to "be patient" just know your patience will not be rewarded. Proceed with extreme caution.
