Pros
30% discount on brand products I actually liked the beginning of the journey I had at Parfois. The team was good, knew what was doing, the work environment was good.
Kontras
I worked at Parfois for almost two years. The management declined over the two years, either in competence and empathy. Fired a manager that knew what she was doing and actually did the job she was hired to do. My last manager would blame others for things she did, would take credit of the things we did in front of management and when we stood up to her, she would give us the worst schedules, makes us do the heavy work and try to turn the rest of the team against us. After covid restrictions started to ease off, the company had let go many colleagues and the ones that stayed had to do all the work. The teams, at the time, had been reduced by half. The company said to us that they couldn't hire more people and continued to demand more and more of the ones they had. While the store I was working on didn't reopen, I was sent to other stores, far from the one I was assigned to, and many times, because of the lack of employees, on the same day I was sent to three different stores to cover for lunch breaks. Before and after, my colleagues would be 4 hours alone without any help. Once, they changed the schedule on Sunday afternoon. The store manager called me Monday morning, asking if I could close the store two hours later of what Iwas supposed to and when I said no, the city manager also called me to put pressure, asking why I wouldn't change my schedule to be a "good employee". We used to have sales goals to reach each month, and even though we didn't have clients, they would keep on raising them so it would become even more unreachable.
