Great working on the studio lot, lots of Hollywood history, creative people, free movie screenings. DVD's are $4 for employees.Benefits would be comparable to any large company - nothing out of the norm.

Compensation= is great for Managers through EVP, plus they get short term and long term incentives on top of their annual salary. Imagine working for a manager who delegates everything to you, and you get paid $25 an hour and at the year end gets an extra $25K bonus on top of the $135K annual salary? Work Life Balance= Depends on the department, some areas have it, others don't Culture= Lack of cohesiveness between departments.Fair amount of social climbing and ass kissing going on.
