Studio is nice place to work, as the environment nice to go everyday. However, the work environment is horrible these days.

Pipeline of feature production is non-existent. There are no good movies planned for 2010 & beyond. Management style suck...get more done with less and happy you have a job! Micro-management is pervasive throughout...even from Viacom. There outsourcing everything to India and the moral sucks for those who are left.
