Diwali celebration In Paramount was full of fun activities and the celebrtion also gave the opportunity to bond with other employees from different departments. This ultimately leads to an improvement in team spirit among the employees. It is not only Diwali but every occasion celebrated in Paramount provides a break from our monotony and the stresses of everyday routine. It brings back the child in us and we get encouraged and happy to mingle with other colleagues alongwith their family member and be a part of the joyous moment. With all the Games and Quiz session organized, it gave the opportunity to see all the my colleagues participate in this joyous moment. It was great to see everyone in their traditional colorful dress which reflects the traditional values, customs, and rituals that Diwali represents. Will look forward to many more such happy events in Paramount.
