Free beer once a month. Occasional staff parties that, depending on your position and department, you might even have time to make it to. Lots of great and remarkably talented people, at least until they get headhunted by bigger companies willing to reward them for their hard work.
Kontras
Very little investment in people or equipment, and when investment comes upper management seemingly prefers to invest from the top down. Lack of staff makes it nigh impossible to maintain a healthy work-life balance if you want your department to succeed.
