Team is split between remote employees and the main office in Vancouver. I like flexibility to work from home, but center of energy is in Vancouver, and most social and informal interactions. It is hard to have the same relationships remotely.

Insane pivots in direction and a total lack of connection and understanding between management and the rest of the company. Unrealistic expectations and blame put in the wrong places.
