Paradigm embodies the exact opposite of what it tells its clients to do. Whether it is through its slowly dying consulting services or its never-finished-but-still-launched products, paradigm presents itself as champion of "good" work culture (used to be DEI, but they quickly dropped that term when it became stigmatized).
In reality, paradigm has an unhealthy culture, with leaders who preach growth mindset and psychological safety but who rarely respond well to feedback and don't create good conditions for employees to speak up with issues.
