The work culture is extremely toxic, and the management is clueless. The graphics team is decent, but the rest of the development team, TL, and PM are all freshers with zero experience—they have no idea what they are doing! Even worse, the salary is way below market standards, making it impossible to survive. The CEO is completely illogical, constantly comparing freshers to experienced professionals, showing no understanding of real-world skills. The HR team is rude, unprofessional, and completely illiterate—they have no respect for employees and treat people like garbage. Most of the employees are relatives of the management, with little to no education, and they have never even attended college. Anyone with real skills or proper qualifications runs away from this company as soon as possible.
