Pros
The only pro I could say is that I got a paycheck, although I had to go looking for my first one and was told the manager "doesn't come looking for you" if he has your check.
Kontras
The owners of this business are Pakistani and do not care to follow any of the standards of business as conducted in the US. They provide no healthcare, but don't tell you that until you have accepted a job. The management is mostly male and have a very condescending attitude toward women. The corporate culture is one of blame, paranoia, and penny pinching to an extent I have never before seen. Do yourself a favor, and keep looking.
This is a horrible place to work, and they should be ashamed of the way they treat people!!!
