I love working at Panel Built. Management spends a lot of time investing in me and that shows. They let me be creative, and help me when I am struggling. I never feel afraid to speak up or make a suggestion, they welcome new ideas and change. Upper management will make time for you and genuinely give you advice on ideas.

The work can be stressful, and you can wear a lot of hats, but that is what makes it fun. There is always something new to do! If I am feeling overwhelmed, (which I sometimes do) I feel secure in talking to management and confident that they will support me.

Once you’ve learned how to do your job, it’s easy and repetitive. The owner seems to really care about his employees, I’ve personally witnessed him come in on his off time to help an employee personally going through hardships.

Lack of communication from management to employees. They brag about how much money they make (7 million over projections) and when you ask for a cost of living wage increase, they tell you “at least we don’t live in Atlanta, it’s expensive there.” They constantly have money to buy more equipment to increase your work load but not your salary. Between the CEO and the common employee, most management is poor, lacking of transparency and only looks out for themselves.
