Impactful mission, lots of examples of the product helping NHS staff during the pandemic. Ownership of work and freedom. Capable people are promoted even if junior. New leadership brought in have changed culture and direction for the better. Those unhappy with leadership changes have mostly left now, which means the atmosphere is more healthy and positive. Growing rapidly, new team members bringing energy.
Previous frustrations were lack of career progression, and team members not delivering still being kept in post. New leadership team have addressed these, and listen. Clear vision for the next 12 months. New hires are skilled, standards are being driven up.
