Their training process is thorough. Good place to learn customer service and cleaning skills. Free "chinese" food on breaks. Food health and safety standards are up to code.

Panda express does not place much value in their team members. Employee complaints are almost never seriously considered and are even brushed off. Managers are not taught to provide compromise in extreme situations like team members becoming ill and being unable to attend work, Many food quality shortcuts, such as microwaved entrees and frozen foods, are taken and continue to be advertized as gourmet.
