• Coworkers! This is what got me through my job for 5 years. I'm not a extrovert person, but when you have a commonality with all of your co-workers, time really does fly by • Pay. This is what motivated me to work cause I was a college student that needed income to pay for personal expenses. • 401k. I don't remember who this applies to, but I think 401k activates when you enter your 2nd year of work? Either way, good to have as a retirement fund on your first job. • 20% discount! Does help when you purchase big orders for a family gathering. • Free food. This was a plus in working in a restaurant. You save yourself money from having to go out to buy lunch or dinner when you're at work.

• The 6 month raises. Corporate and supervisors? (Forgot what they're called but they own a branch of stores and check on each store to see if up to date) are really stingy on their money for being a $3 billion dollar+ company. Nothing more disrespectable than receiving 20-50￠raise for your hard work. • The Pay. I know my PRO's mentioned pay as a benefit, but when you work for this company for half a decade, and yearly pay start increases, the amount I worked hard for is the amount one can get paid if they were a new hire at Pandas. This pissed me off. I could have just quit and re-apply with a new higher pay. • No tips. I've received tips in the past from customers who've noticed my hard work for customers. Unfortunately, since cameras are stationed all around the store, any "keep money" needs to be donated to the donation box. It sucks, but think about it this way. You're helping out children of the future. • Long hours. As much as 12+ hours if you're trying to deep clean for a event (Since there is a pandemic, no events or Andrew Cherng store meet ups) but expect to be standing for a long time. If slow business, sit in the back of house inventory. Really does help to ease your legs.
