Cultures & practices are heavily centralized to look & sound good in front of Co-Founders & Upper Managements by cover-ups / showing as little reality as possible. Heavily top down approach that suppresses grass-root ideas and creativities. Ability to talk one’s way up “sweet talk” and outside presentation triumph over business core skills and results in selecting promotion “people development”.
