Pros
Right off the bat, the pay is above most starting food jobs. It isn't hard to go the extra mile to earn a raise. There's always something to do (not always a good thing but at least you're not bored).
Kontras
Now we were the busiest in the region which meant lots of guests, fine by me. But don't make it even harder on us by having the higher ups frequently visit (I'm talking regional managers coming twice a week) to add even more tension than there already is. Training SUCKS, like many have stated.I was reprimanded for receiving a fake $20 when I was given almost no previous knowledge of counterfeits. Doesn't matter what you do, it'll be you fault. I'd specify that but it's a true statement in every spectrum. Since we have a drive-thru it was even busier than most places, yet we never had extra help. We had $1000 rush hours almost daily and there was always the bare minimum of help. "You learn as you go"... I WAS THROWN INTO THE DEEP END IN THE FIRST MONTH SO I WAS ALWAYS YELLED AT. You WILL be thrown in the deep end so you WILL be yelled at. Despite us being Chinese food, guests will definitely yell at you if you're new and/or are too slow.
