The pay and health insurance benefits are literally the only reason to stay here. It is what kept me staying with the company for so long.

Upper management is never satisfied. CEO preaches must learn to not ask help from others (which contradicts the importance of team building). Unnecessary changes are always being made within the company. Management is discriminatory against those with more weight, as they are "not living a healthy lifestyle". No work life balance. 45 hours per week easily becomes 55-60.
