Their philosophy is a great idea but not put into action. They say if you have open availability and are a hard worker you can move forward. so far I've put everything I have into working hard and impressing the upper management. I have 30 years experience working in restaurants and my hope was to move forward with Panda Express hearing how great of a company they are.
