Terrible upper management - Quality Engineer bei Panasonic: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Company operates in silos, no communication, wrong people in the wrong positions, company lives off of its past success and reputation. Sinking ship. Asks people to perform the job of multiple people but wont pay. Asks more and more of its workers but will never compensate. Very inflexible in how they pay!
